Payment schedule: a $500 USD deposit is due at registration. 50% of the pilgrimage fee is due by November 1, 2026, and the remainder is due by January 1, 2027. Your $500 USD deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation 60 days or more before your passage begins: a full refund, minus the $500 USD deposit. Cancellation 45 to 59 days before your passage begins: a 50% refund. Cancellation 44 days or less before your passage begins: no refund or credit. No refund or credit will be offered for no show, late arrival, early departure, personal injury or illness, weather, travel delays, flight interruptions or schedule conflicts. There are no exceptions to this policy. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
